Terms of Service

By accessing or using AiTri, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AiTri provides an AI-powered endurance coaching platform that:

• Generates personalized training plans based on your goals and fitness data
• Provides coaching feedback and analysis via conversational AI
• Integrates with third-party fitness platforms such as Strava
• Searches for race and event information in real time

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new training program, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. By using AiTri, you acknowledge that:

• Training plans and coaching responses are AI-generated and may not account for your individual medical history
• You participate in any physical activity at your own risk
• AiTri is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following AI-generated recommendations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@aitri.app
• Not create accounts for others without their consent

You agree not to use AiTri to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

AiTri integrates with third-party platforms including Strava, Apple Health, Garmin, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

AiTri and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and fitness data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@aitri.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiTri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated coaching content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

In no event shall AiTri be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any physical injury or harm resulting from following AI-generated training advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AiTri after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
